Order Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel or modify your order? We've got you covered!
Orders can be cancelled or modified while in "Waiting for Fulfillment" status. Once production begins (typically within a few hours), your item is already being custom printed and cannot be cancelled.
To request cancellation or size change:
* Email: support@threadedurban.com immediately with your order number
* We'll check production status and process your request if possible
* If approved, full refund issued within 3-5 business days
Important: Contact us as soon as possible after ordering - the sooner you reach out, the more likely we can help!

We stand behind the quality of our products. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to make it right!
Manufacturing Defects & Errors
If your item arrives with any of the following issues, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you:
- Printing defects or errors
- Damaged or defective product
- Wrong item shipped
- Wrong size shipped (our error)
To report an issue:
- Contact us at support@threadedurban.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos of the issue
- We'll review and approve your replacement
Important: You may keep or discard the defective item - no need to return it! We'll ship your replacement as soon as the issue is verified.
Size & Fit Issues (Customer Error)
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Wrong size ordered by customer
- Change of mind or style preference
- Color not as expected
- General dissatisfaction with fit or design
Please review our size chart carefully before ordering! We provide detailed measurements to help you choose the right size.
One-Time Size Exchange Option
We understand sizing can be tricky! If you ordered the wrong size, we offer ONE size exchange per customer under these conditions:
Requirements:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
- Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Contact support@threadedurban.com for approval before returning
Costs:
- Customer pays return shipping (typically $5-8)
- Customer pays $5.99 shipping for replacement item
- Original product cost is non-refundable
This exchange option is designed to help, but we encourage careful size selection to avoid extra costs!
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Items worn, washed, or without tags
- Sale or clearance items (final sale)
- Gift cards
- Items returned without prior authorization
Refunds
For approved defect claims:
- If a replacement isn't suitable, we'll issue a full refund
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund
For customer error (wrong size, etc.):
- No refunds available due to made-to-order nature
- Size exchange option available (see above)
