How do I place an order? Simply browse our collection, select your desired design and size, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, we begin processing your order and changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately at support@threadedurban.com if you need to make changes.

👕 Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size? We strongly recommend checking our detailed size chart before ordering. Our t-shirts follow standard sizing, but fit can vary by style. When in doubt, size up for a more relaxed fit.

What if the size doesn't fit? We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Do your shirts shrink? Our shirts are pre-shrunk, but we recommend following care instructions to maintain the perfect fit. Expect minimal shrinkage (1-3%) if proper care is followed.

What materials are your t-shirts made from? Our premium t-shirts are made from:

Solid colors are 100% ring-spun cotton
Sport Grey is 90% ring-spun cotton, 10% polyester
Dark Heather is 65% polyester, 35% cotton
Fabric weight: 4.5 oz/yd² (153 g/m²)
Regular fit
Tubular construction
Shoulder-to-shoulder taping
Quarter-turned to avoid crease down the center

How are the designs printed? We use high-quality Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing technology that ensures vibrant colors and long-lasting designs. This method provides superior detail and color accuracy compared to traditional screen printing.

Will the design crack, peel, or fade? Our premium printing process ensures designs stay vibrant wash after wash. With proper care, your design will maintain its quality for years.

Are your shirts pre-shrunk? Yes, all our t-shirts are pre-shrunk to minimize shrinkage and ensure consistent sizing.

How long does shipping take?

Production Time: 2-5 business days
Shipping Time: 5-7 business days (Standard)
Total delivery time: 7-12 business days from order placement

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

How much does shipping cost?

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50!

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon!

Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account.

What if my package is lost or damaged? We're fully insured for lost or damaged packages. Contact us immediately with your order number, and we'll resolve the issue quickly.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Custom/personalized orders cannot be returned unless there's a printing defect.

How do I return an item?

Who pays for return shipping?

Size exchanges: Customer pays return shipping
Defective items: We provide prepaid return label

When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

🧼 Care Instructions

How should I wash my t-shirt? For best results:

Wash: Cold water (30°C/86°F max)
Turn inside out before washing
Use mild detergent - avoid bleach
Wash with similar colors
Gentle cycle recommended

How should I dry my t-shirt?

Air dry whenever possible for longest life
Tumble dry LOW if using dryer
Remove promptly to prevent wrinkles
Avoid direct sunlight when air drying

Can I iron my t-shirt? Yes, but:

Iron inside out to protect the design
Use low to medium heat
Place parchment paper over design if ironing directly
Avoid ironing directly on the printed area

What should I avoid? ❌ Never use:

Bleach or harsh chemicals
Fabric softener (can affect print quality)
High heat washing or drying
Dry cleaning
